In April LTP presented to the Chief Operating Officers network of the Association of Financial Mutuals on the topic of employee engagement.  Entitled the “what, why and how of employee engagement”, we talked about the compelling business case for employee engagement and outlined some of the do’s and don’ts as well as common pitfalls.

LTP has now partnered with LifeScience Ventures Ltd (LSV) to provide leadership assessment services for businesses seeking funds of £2m plus from VC investors. LSV work in LifeSciences including Pharma, Biotech, Diagnostics, Medtech, Nanotech, Cleantech and Microtech. They aid in the preparation of pitches which include information on aspects of leadership capability and team dynamics. Following our very well received session delivered at last year’s Institute of Company Secretaries and Administrators conference, LTP have again been invited to present at the conference on 20th June. This time we share our research and insights on how to ensure your organisation’s culture is properly aligned with strategy and risk management. Partnering with Tony Brian the former Head of Operational and Regulatory Risk at LBG Insurance, we will introduce a practical toolkit to help boards assess their culture and develop strategies for action.

As you can see 2012 has so far been full of activity.
